Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, sorry! The shop is open to PH residents only.

How do I get the free acrylic charm as a repeat customer?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from me that includes additional payment instructions. You just need to reply to it with a photo of any item you previously bought from me.

Which courier are you using?
LBC Express (nationwide). Other couriers are unavailable at this time because they can't reach my Secret Hideout™.

I'm having trouble placing an order on the site.

Will you sell/restock [item]?
Clearance items will no longer be available for purchase after the current stocks run out. For other items, it depends on the demand. If you're looking for a particular design or if you'd like an art print that isn't available or for sale, feel free to request it.

Will you be selling goods at any upcoming art markets?
The availability of certain items in art markets will not be guaranteed, but the prices tend to be lower than my online rates. If you'd like to secure items ahead of time, you may use this site to pre-order items for pickup at the following events. Simply choose the Pick-up option during checkout.
